The surprises at the end happens from the client too during Agile. We had the Showcases for a product for three Sprints and everything is ready for the implementation and then to close the project. Suddenly, during the last Showcase, he identifies a (functional) defect.This is a simple product and the client could have identified this issue much earlier. Now it seems the project needs to extend; but it’s job security!
